• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Head Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Receive and store deliveries, ensuring all stock is rotated and stored properly.
• Assist in mise en place and preparation ahead of service.
• Learn and develop new skills under the guidance of senior kitchen staff.
• Support the kitchen team in all areas as needed during busy periods.
