- Attend to inbound sales inquiries through call, email or WhatsApp messaging.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and answer any questions or concerns.
- Prepare quotations and Performa invoices to customers promptly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales leads and daily call log.
- Follow up lead status tracking with sales representatives.
- Generate monthly sales lead status for the dept. Manager.
- Collaborate and assist the field sales team in working towards closing deals.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration, Accounting or related field
- Experience in administrative or indoor sales would be an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply as we have junior position available.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
