- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, quotations, payment orders and etc
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks
- Bookkeeping documentation and filing
- Prepare monthly billings, EPF, SOCSO, renew insurance, road tax, worker medical, etc.
Working Day: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Saturday (8.30am - 12pm)
- Candidates must be able to start work immediately
- Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: English (Written), Mandarin (Speaking)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, committed and positive working attitude
