We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Senior Executive to manage and supervise the HR department staff. The ideal candidate is required to stay up-to-date with changes in work legislation and industry standards. They will oversee recruitment and selection processes, develop and implement HR strategies, and handle employee relations. In this role, the HR Senior Executive must ensure compliance with all labor laws, including overtime regulations and minimum wage requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: • Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices • Serving as a strategic partner to the management team, providing HR expertise and counsel • Coordinating employee development and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture. • Payroll handling up to 200 headcounts. • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns. • Payroll in calculating wages, benefits, overtime, tax deductions, commissions and allowances. Preparing and processing pay slips and tax declarations. Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions. • Report to the HR manager for work purposes & required to travel to the related government place and take care overall all the HR functions & ad hoc tasks. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. • Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development. • Knowledge of MS Office and HR analytics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
