JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for full spectrum of HRM and HRD functions including manpower planning, talent management, recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits and performance management. Work closely with various departments to provide HR support To support payroll function from data compiling, monthly payroll processing/approval,monthly statutory payments to yearly income tax reporting. Staff Leave and Attendance Management Handle staffing issues by providing guidance and counselling. To liaise with Senior for formulating and ensuring consistent HR policies and practices in line to business needs and in accordance with local labour legislations Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plan to ensure all staff received sufficient training to perform their job functions Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. To develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operation productivity and support organizational growth Handle employee attendance and leave management To manage foreign worker’s hostel and permit renewals To organize festive events, functions, and corporate events. To undertake any ad-hoc duties as and when required
