Key Responsibilities: 1.Recruitment & Selection: Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination. Communicate with candidates and hiring managers on interview schedules. Handle offer letters and onboarding documentation. 2. Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure all documents are completed. Manage employee exit processes, including clearance and exit interviews. 3. HR Administration & Documentation: Prepare and maintain HR-related letters, contracts, and policies. Keep employee records updated and ensure compliance with labor laws. 4. Employee Relations & Engagement: Support employee engagement activities and HR events. Address basic employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary. Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software. 3. Strong communication and organizational skills. 4. Positive, highly self-motivated, and works well with other under tight time constraints and multiple proprieties. 5. Highly integrity, maturity and embrace private & confidentiality as you will be dealing with employee issues, data and multiple stakeholders.
