Job Scope / Responsibilities : 1. To handle full set of accounts include complete the accounts receivables and account payables 2. Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing 3. General office administration works 4. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations 5. Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly. 6. Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory 7. Assist account manager and any other matters assigned. 8. To complete assignments with minimum supervision 9. Work independently with deadline 10. To liaise with clients as and when necessary to report in audit work status, progress, critical issues and communicate important clients’ matters; 11. Engage various team members in the identification of client audit risk and generate dialogue surrounding response to identified audit risk. 12. Liaise with clients in finalizing the audit engagement. Requirements : 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting and able to use basic MS office/Excel or equivalent. 2. Self-motivated 3. Good interpersonal & communication skills 4. Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting are welcome and encouraged to apply 5. Able to handle full set of account (guidance will be provided) 6. Internship students are welcome to apply too with training allowance ranging from RM800 - 1,500
