Join our team and play a key role in shaping our HR operations! We're looking for a dynamic Group HR & Admin Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance while supporting company-wide initiatives. What You'll Do: Develop & implement HR policies and procedures Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention Oversee work permits, tax clearance & insurance for expatriates Ensure compliance with MOE, HRDC & immigration regulations Organize staff training, company events & projects Manage payroll, office administration & legal documentation Job Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. • 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with a proven track record as an HR Leader. • Excellent ability to manage relationships at all levels. • Capability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to develop and lead organizational HR strategies with key stakeholders. • Education/language centres industry experience is a plus. • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
