Sales Representative/Consultant Job Description: • Making approximate 30 cold calls and sending emails/messages daily. Will be speaking to customer to promote services and product daily to corporates (Malaysia and beyond). • Manage and own lead lifecycle closely from prospecting to paying customer • Prospect and generate leads to identify potential qualified prospects and key decision-makers, build strong relationships with customers, and position the company brand within the industry. • Conduct effective Sales Presentation and manage comprehensive negotiations terms and contract with senior-level executives and business owners. • Conduct thorough needs assessment to understand client’s technology challenges and objectives in coordination with technical team. • Collaborate with technical team for product and services knowledge delivery to clients • Develop tailored solutions and proposals to address client’s need and demonstrate value of our services • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technology and competitor’s offerings to develop sales strategies • Understanding of IT Services and Solutions in general, and to be able to comprehend the company portfolio in order to solely/independently bring the business to meet the monthly and quarterly targets. • Enhance technical knowledge by attending company product workshops and presentation video; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in networking event, workshop and road show. • Attend daily meeting and weekly international group sales meeting. • Submit weekly report to Team Manager. • Willing to travel to client office for meeting whenever needed. - Salary + Commission: 5% (during active employment), RM50/qualified lead first meeting - Renewal commission: 1% (during active employment) - Other benefit: EPF, SOCSO - Working hours: Standard Malaysia time, Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm). Occasionally outside working hour if needed. - Product Training: 1 week - Probation: 3 months - Retention: Achieve quarterly leads & sales target - Quota: Quarterly Leads & Sales - Working place: Remote - Qualification & Requirement: 1) Experience: Sales experience in B2B sales or independent sales agent/telemarketer with minimum 2 years phone sales experience in any field preferred (fresh graduates are welcome). IT professional service and/or software licenses with proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas is an added advantage. 2) Degree/Diploma in business, marketing and sales is preferred, another field are welcomed. SPM/STPM certificate with minimum a few years of outbound sales experience are welcomed. 3) Malaysian, holding Malaysian PR or working visa/permit 4) Possess own laptop and internet.
