We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building secure, scalable web applications and integrating with enterprise systems within a Microsoft-based environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining full-stack solutions that align with both technical and business requirements. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (preferably Django or FastAPI) • Build responsive, modern frontend interfaces using React.js, or similar frameworks • Design and consume RESTful APIs for frontend/backend communication • Integrate with Microsoft Active Directory for authentication and user management (LDAP or Azure AD via OAuth2/OpenID Connect) • Interface with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Outlook (SMTP), or internal file storage • Work with SQL Server or PostgreSQL for data persistence • Write maintainable, well-documented, and testable code • Collaborate with team members to implement secure, enterprise-compliant solutions • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • Support deployment and integration within a Windows Server or hybrid cloud environment Required Skills & Experience • Solid experience with Python (Django or FastAPI frameworks) • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in React.js • Experience integrating with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD • Familiarity with SMTP, Exchange, or other enterprise email systems • Working knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL • Proficient with HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) • Comfortable with Git and version control workflows • Good understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices • Ability to work within enterprise IT constraints (e.g., on-prem servers, firewall policies, etc.) Nice to Have • Experience with API • Exposure to Windows Server environments or hybrid on-prem/cloud architecture • Familiarity with PowerShell, batch scripting, or other Microsoft tools • Understanding of enterprise workflow systems or document-based processes
