KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and manage all sales administrative task such as prepare quotation, purchase order and invoices etc.
- Compile and generate Mlabs Group weekly sales figure report by working with all Mlabs group sales department and coordinate with finance team.
- Support subsidiaries' operations task and coordinate between subsidiaries' HODs and finance team.
- Perform any ad hoc task as given.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENT :
- Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excels and Other Microsoft Offices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
- Able to start within short notice is an advantage
Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
