Job description:

  • Accurately process and record account receivable invoices, delivery order (DO) and Credit Note (CN), ensuring timely and correct billing.
  • Facilitate stock disposal procedures through remote video calls (outstation), and verify stock disposal at the warehouse to ensure proper documentation and adherence to guidelines.
  • Assist in accounts month-end closing.
  • Contribute to monthly inventory stock counts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the accounting system, maintaining the integrity of financial records.
  • Uphold adherence to internal guidelines and policies, facilitating smooth and effective audit processes.
  • Verify and process vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system.
  • Ensure invoices are properly authorized and matched with purchase orders (PO) and delivery receipts.
  • Prepare and process payments (cheques, bank transfers, online payments) on schedule.
  • Assist to verify and process staff's claim
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors, supporting the team's diverse needs and adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 – 2 years’ similar working experience.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experienced in SAP Accounting will be an added advantages.
  • Have experienced in Retail company will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
