
Customer Service Executive | Iskandar Puteri | English Speaker

For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a Call Center company based in Bandar Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
Basic Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,100 (depends on expertise)
Other allowance: KPI allowance up to RM400 + RM300 night shift allowance
Working hour: 5 rotational working days, 24/7 rotational shift
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational working days.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the e hailing service ( e.g: rider issue/New sign up)
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
