Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding and timely customer support via live chat and email, ensuring quick, accurate and effective resolution of client inquiries.
  • Use your strong communication and empathy skills to build rapport with clients and deliver personalized solutions.
  • Navigate multiple systems and platforms seamlessly while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
  • Be the voice of our brand, ensuring every client interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

What You Bring:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). A language test will be conducted to assess your skills.
  • Mobile Gaming Knowledge: If YOU have impeccable mobile gaming interest and skills, WE WANT YOU! (Candidates who possess Mobile Gaming knowledge are more likely to be hired!)
  • Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and managing multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in live chat, email support, or call center roles is essential.
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
