Our client, with branch located in Johor Bahru, is a global leader in logistics and freight forwarding, specializing in air and ocean freight solutions, customs brokerage, and supply chain management. With almost 50 years of experience, our client operates in more than 100 countries, providing businesses with optimized logistics solutions. They are currently seeking a Control Tower Specialist – Billing to support their expanding operations in Malaysia.
Job Overview:
The Control Tower Specialist – Billing is responsible for managing and processing billing documents for logistics services, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining organized records. This role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of billing processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and review invoices for logistics services, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all billing-related documentation.
- Perform billing reconciliations between logistics data and accounts payable/receivable, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Accurately enter billing data into the system, ensuring proper application of rates, fees, and discounts.
- Work closely with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance) and external clients to resolve billing issues and provide support.
- Ensure billing procedures adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and customer agreements.
- Assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual billing reports for management.
- Prepare billing documentation and reports for financial audits.
- Investigate and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in billing, accounts payable, or finance (preferably in logistics or freight forwarding).
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
