We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Administrator to support our marketing and sales teams. This role involves handling administrative tasks, managing reports, and ensuring smooth workflow processes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and update marketing and sales-related files and documents.
- Prepare and update marketing and sales reports for performance tracking.
- Utilize Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes.
- Open and process purchase orders as required.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide reports to the marketing team.
- Assist in marketing operations, documentation, and coordination tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or marketing support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced marketing team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and file management.
