Job Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To handle and ensure timely tracking and monitoring of outstanding documents, loan/financing status, cancellation/release/rework cases, and covenant cases.
- To handle and ensure daily reconciliation of Sundry Creditors GL in accordance with the set SLA/TAT.
- To handle and ensure timely submission of monthly reports to internal and business units, including the Credit Review Report, Syndicated Loan Report, Approved Loan/Financing related reports, and any other reporting as required by business units and management.
- To coordinate the preparation of the Amendment for Justification Template and CCRIS reporting on a monthly basis.
- To process invoice payments and monitor departmental expenses.
- To support and drive annual operational planning and unit costing exercise.
- To coordinate and handle management information requested by Group and business/support units.
- To carry out ad-hoc assignments/projects, working closely with stakeholders to review process workflows and identify areas for process improvement, as well as provide support across departments as needed.
- To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in MIS/Business Finance or related functions, preferably in the banking industry.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with VBA, SQL, QlikView, Python, and Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, and results oriented.
- Willingness to work longer hours when needed.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexible to take on tasks assigned by the Department Head from time to time
- Flexible to be transferred to any unit/section when necessary.
