JOB RESPONSIBILITY*通过电话,
email 回复与跟进顾客询问。
Responding to customers queries via phone, e-mail, fax, and other communication tools.
*处理与输入顾客的订单。
Process incoming sales orders into the system accurately.
*通过电话或email 确认订单与送货时间。
Make follow-up calls/email to confirm sales orders or delivery dates
.*追踪顾客订单确保在确定的时间内顺利发货.
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
*帮顾客解决问题.
Resolving any sales-related issues with customers.
*执行其它行政上的职务,输入数据, 处理顾客信息, 整理相关文件。
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
*有相关销售经验为佳
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
*Candidates with min Diploma qualifications.
*注重细节与处理问题的能力。
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*具备组织和时间管理的能力。
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
.*精通 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*具备较强的人际关系技能,善于沟通
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*能独立完成工作。 Able to work independently and as part of a team.
*Able to speak and write in English.
