Support Desk Agent
Key responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Providing end-user support for our online booking tool, including troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through the booking process.
Liaising with internal teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
Ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are logged and tracked in our ticketing system.
Providing training to customers as needed to ensure that they can effectively use our online booking tool.
Contributing to the development and improvement of our online booking tool by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
