  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

As an HR Recruiter Intern, you will play a key role in the recruitment process for TikTok hosts and live streamers. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates to join the TikTok creator community. This internship offers the opportunity to develop your recruitment skills while contributing to a fast-paced, creative industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and source potential TikTok hosts and live streamers using various platforms (social media, TikTok, influencer networks, etc.).
  • Review resumes, portfolios, and TikTok content. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate potential, engagement skills, and suitability for the platform.
  • Work closely with the HR and content management teams to align recruitment efforts with TikTok’s creator strategy and goals.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements:

  • Currently completing diploma or degree in Business Admin, Human Resource & Equivalents
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Mandarin fluency (both spoken and written) is required for communication and recruitment
