Technical Admin, Project Implementation
Job responsibilities
1. Collect fortnightly project progress reports from PIC.
2. Assist PM to prepare monthly billing claim and issue out to relate parties
3. Check and process the expenses claim from the office and site staff. The Project Manager and Project Director must be verified (signed) before being approved by the Executive Director. After that, needs to make a copy to save and file that claim, then distribute it to the account department.
4. Process an invoice.
5. To record incoming drawing and documents and Issue transmittal form for drawing distribution to the contract department, site office, and Subcon.
6. Tidy up construction drawing and update any new latest revision drawing from time to time
7. Record TNB and water bills, verify, and get approval before passing to the account department.
8. Assist the Project Manager and Project Director for ad-hoc tasks.
9. Implement systematic correspondence filling and labelling system.
10. To Check and monitor company email or correspondent are systematically saved or record.
11. Compile and pass Delivery Order receipt to purchasing department.
12. Collect and checked attendance sheet, punch card and thumb print record before pass to HR
13. Collect and prepare Kong Kad from site worker or foreign worker salary payroll.
14. To receive defects checklist and distribute to project PIC and monitor the aging until rectification work done.
15. Send the backcharge form to the Contract department.
16. Assist HR and front desk or receptionist to answer the call.
17. Record and Prepare minutes of meeting for meeting.
18. PIC for meeting rooms booking and Prepare meeting schedule & send out invitations to related parties for schedule or new meeting.
Requirements:
- Education: Min. Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Experience: 1-3 years in the construction or property development industry
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel and project scheduling tools.
- Other Skills: Good communication, can work independently with minimal supervision, and organizational skills.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
