Education : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, building construction or equivalent.

Working experience : 4-5 years onward in high rise building construction work related and advantages for experience at least one cycle high rise mixed development project.

Job Descriptions:

  • Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment, plan and organize accordance to the Master Schedule.
  • To liaise with consultants and ensure design efficiently and within budget.
  • To check with consultants and ensure tender and construction drawing is compliance with requirements and guidelines.
  • To maintain a system of record to ensure adherence to company SOP.
  • To follow and ensure design, submission and approval according to local authorities.
  • To coordinate with various stakeholders and manage the project development stage.
  • To manage consultants and responsible for the design compliance.
  • To identify and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity on-site.
  • Manage and oversee construction progress and monitor the construction team for the quality assurance and control of construction works until successful handover of the project.
  • Coordinate with consultants and monitor contractors/suppliers to ensure project schedule and resources are managed efficiently and within the construction timeframe
  • To lead the team in planning, scheduling, conduction and coordinating the civil and structural works
  • Ensure quality of work and workmanship conform to the required QLASSIC standards and approved method statements to complete within stipulated timeframe
  • Resolve any dispute arises, if any and identifying areas for improvement in project’s progress.
  • Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements, especially safety requirements.
  • Ensure project costing and complete the project within the budget
  • To liaise closely with consultants for design coordination and resolution of any technical issues related to project
  • To verify and recommend contractors' claims
  • To coordinate closely with contractors ensure obtaining various approval and clearance letters until obtained the CCC.
  • Good correspondences skills and filling management system.
  • To attend fortnightly site meeting with consultant and contractors.
  • To organize catch up meeting to expedite the work progress if needed.

Working Location : Johor Tebrau

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
