Group HR & Admin Manager
Join our team and play a key role in shaping our HR operations! We're looking for a dynamic Group HR & Admin Manager to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance while supporting company-wide initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Develop & implement HR policies and procedures
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention
Oversee work permits, tax clearance & insurance for expatriates
Ensure compliance with MOE, HRDC & immigration regulations
Organize staff training, company events & projects
Manage payroll, office administration & legal documentation
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of HR experience, with a proven track record as an HR Leader.
- Excellent ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- Capability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop and lead organizational HR strategies with key stakeholders.
- Education/language centres industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
