  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

1. Personal selling, the reputation of the company and finally the service / product.

2. Make cold-calls to establish new account.

3. Follow up the needs of potential customer.

4. Update / advice established customers on issues pertaining to business.

5. Establish rapport and strengthen confidence with customers.

6. Organize itinerary, appointment, activity in advance.

7. Prioritize calls according to volume, future value, profitability and needs.

8. Anticipate existing and potential customer's needs.

9. Create specific selling tactics for each call.

10. Complete reports accurately and in timely manner.

11. Analyse market conditions to detect trends.

12. Identify customer's needs and include them in the sales strategy.

13. Keep abreast with what competitors offer.

14. Evaluate strength and weakness of competitors.

15. Understand changes to relevant industries that will directly / indirectly affect ours.

16. Assure all relevant documents and billings been forwarded to customers.

17. Work closely with current and potential customers to determine their needs.

18. Follow each order through to delivery and check on customer satisfaction.

19. Handling of customers complaints as well as to co-ordinate with respective departments to ensure fulfilment of customers' satisfaction.

20. Stress your accessibility to the customer, giving numbers for your cellular and office phones

21. Control, monitor and follow-up logistic performance & liaise with internal departments to ensure customer orders are being handled promptly and delivered on-time.

22. Control, monitor and follow up payment collection within targeted timeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
