Job Description:
As the Purchasing Executive, you will be responsible for the overall procurement activities of the company, including demand analysis, supplier selection, price negotiation, order management, quality control, inventory optimization, cost control, and data analysis. You will be a key member of our team, critical to the daily operational performance of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Material Demand Planning: Forecast and plan the demand for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods based on sales forecasts and sales orders to ensure smooth production.

2. Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Focus on evaluating suppliers' delivery capabilities, quality control, and cost competitiveness to ensure the selection of reliable suppliers that meet production needs.

3. Daily Procurement: Assist with the procurement needs for daily operations of the office and factory.

4. Quality Control: Participate in the acceptance and quality inspection of raw materials to ensure that purchased materials meet the factory's production quality standards and provide feedback on quality.

5. Purchase Order Management: Responsible for creating, reviewing, and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, and handle any exceptions.

6. Inventory Optimization: Optimize inventory levels based on production needs and market dynamics, implementing Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement strategies to reduce inventory costs.

7. Cost Control and Budget Management: Monitor procurement costs, coordinate with the finance department to establish the procurement budget, analyze, and control procurement expenses.

8. Production Site Support: Collaborate closely with the production department to timely understand changes in material demand during the production process and quickly respond to procurement needs.

9. Environmental and Compliance Management: Ensure that the purchased materials comply with environmental and safety standards, as well as relevant laws, regulations, and internal factory policies.

10. Data Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze procurement data, generate reports, evaluate procurement efficiency and costs, and provide optimization recommendations.

11. Other Duties: Complete organizational objectives and other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or above, manufacturing or engineering background preferred.

2. Have a certain understanding of supplier evaluation process, price negotiation and supplier relationship management.

3. Proficient in the use of office software and ERP system.

4. Have good professional ethics, communication skills, negotiation skills, high subjective initiative, and strong execution.

5. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
