Customer Service
The Customer Service Consultant role involves resolving customer issues and upselling via chat while serving markets including Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. The consultant must understand customer needs, provide solutions confidently, and stay updated on industry processes and technologies. Responsibilities include utilizing various client tools, transferring cases to the appropriate departments, managing customer accounts, and maintaining performance metrics. The position requires fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with preference given to candidates with sales experience. The role is a combination of sales, technical support, and account management.
