  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Retail Operations Executive to support the Group Operations Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations across all stores by coordinating with internal departments, optimizing stock levels, and maintaining compliance with company standards.

Job Description:

Retail Operations Management

  • Assist the Group Operations Manager in overseeing and optimizing daily retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Implement operational strategies to enhance store productivity and improve the customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze operational data to drive profitability.

Inventory & Logistics Management

  • Oversee inventory control processes, including stock audits and loss prevention measures.
  • Ensure accurate stock records and conduct periodic stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure the timely distribution of products to retail outlets.
  • Ensure stores maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands.

Team Leadership & Training

  • Support store teams in fostering a high-performance and productive work environment.
  • Assist in training to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and operations.
  • Ensure store teams adhere to company policies and operational standards.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

  • Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Ensure excellent customer service across all retail outlets.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or operational challenges promptly.

Ad Hoc Duties

  • Handle any ad hoc and operational related tasks as assigned by the Group Operations Manager.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align retail operations with business objectives.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and training.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and inventory software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
