Job Scope / Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and payments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and update patient information in the system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and inventory management.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements :
- Minimum Education: SPM or equivalent.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to use clinic management software (training provided).
- Language Skills: Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Prior experience in customer service or a medical/physiotherapy clinic is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
