Job Scope / Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist patients with inquiries, appointments, and payments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and update patient information in the system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, filing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Education: SPM or equivalent.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to use clinic management software (training provided).
  • Language Skills: Able to speak and write in Mandarin and English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a medical/physiotherapy clinic is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
