  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview: The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building business relationships, and driving marketing efforts to support Yellow Bin’s textile recycling initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably within the recycling, retail, or textile industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and establish partnerships with businesses, institutions, and organizations for textile collection and resale opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.

Marketing & Promotions:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote textile collection.
  • Manage social media and digital marketing efforts to create awareness and engagement.
  • Utilize digital marketing skills to promote campaigns effectively.
  • Organize promotional campaigns collaborations, and community engagement activities.
  • Work with the design team to develop marketing materials and content.

Operational & Customer Engagement:

  • Provide customer support and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors based on business model adjustments.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • A team player.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Must have own transport and be able to travel (once a month).

On a commission basis, with earnings of up to RM 6,000.
Location: Menara Zurich, Johor Bahru

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 per month
