Overview:
We are looking for an undergraduate or a recent graduate with a long-term interest in making a difference in the community that we live in to join our XD School Graduate Management Development Programme (XDGMP). You will be groomed to lead a team of interns to coach our differently-abled students as well as you will get an opportunity to learn and grow our human resources best practices to recruit an Xtraordinary Digital (XD) Team. In addition, you will also get an opportunity to create content that is meaningful to teach as well as promote our services to others. Your training track will also include a rotation in our sustainability team to develop our sustainability best practices.
Job Scope:
- Transform lessons into thrilling adventures and lead a team of dedicated coaches for excellence.
- Shape impactful lessons and contribute a creative touch to our Human Resources practices, to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Showcase design prowess in coaching interactions and craft customised learning plans and social media content for long-term impact.
- Manage organisation’s financial resources effectively, boosting our positive impact on society.
Working hours:
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every Monday to Thursday (minimum contribution of 35 hours/weekly)
- One-half day of community work on the weekends (either Sat or Sun)

- Potential promotion as an Assistant Operations Manager in under 12 months & a Junior Partner in under 24 months.
Requirements:
A) Must-Haves:

- Excellent communication skills and an active, engaging presence
- A fast learner's spirit and a knack for customising learning plans
- A passion for Instructional Design and Modern learning technologies
- A desire to smartly manage resources for a brighter future
- Ability to attend our physical interview at our hub
B) Desirables:
- Have at least a Master’s level degree in Special Ed, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design or similar fields
- Excellent communication skills in English
