  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Main internal consulting and supporting of implementation projects and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Work closely with internal senior consultants and external consultants and project managers to understand user business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between internal finance teams and external consultants in coordinating requirements, implementation and customization phases.
  • Provide 1st level support to end-users and assist in escalating issues to 2nd or 3rd level support teams as needed.
  • Manage Business Central 365 accounts, including creation, modification and deactivation.
  • Document processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and changes in Business Central and translate them into actionable updates to end users.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT is ideal, but also open to other degrees (Finance, Economics, etc) with sufficient relevant work experience.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and familiarity with JetReport applications are highly advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or previous versions – NAV, Navision), Microsoft Finance and Operations or SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support different stakeholder groups.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Strong interest in learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
