  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About XD School

We are creating the first inclusive neuro-diverse digital school in Malaysia!

Geography Scope: Onsite @ XD Digital Hub, SS1 (near Paramount LRT Station), Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Working hours: Minimum 35 hours/week

  • 8:00 am to 5:00 pm every Monday to Thursday
  • One-half day of community work on the weekends (Sat/Sun)

Internship Options:

  • Full Internship – 12 weeks and above

Overview:

We are looking for a post-graduate with a long-term interest to make a difference in the community we live in to join XD School. You will be groomed to lead a team of interns and our XD Graduate Management Development Programme to coach our differently-abled students as well as you will get an opportunity to learn and grow our human resource best practices to recruit our Xtraordinary Digital (XD) Team. In addition, you will also get an opportunity to create content that is meaningful to teach as well as promote our services to others.

Job Requirements:

A) Must-Haves:

  • At least 3-months of teaching experience, preferably in the Special Ed field

  • Excellent communication skills and an active, engaging presence.
  • A fast learner's spirit and a knack for customizing learning plans
  • A passion for Instructional Design and Modern learning technologies
  • A desire to smartly manage resources for a brighter future.
  • Ability to attend our physical interview at our hub.

B) Desirables:

  • Have at least a Master’s level degree in Special Ed, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design or similar fields
  • Excellent communication skills in English
