Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for tender-related documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for tender submissions.
  • Track tender deadlines, submission statuses, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure all tender documents are formatted, compiled, and submitted according to client and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies, for tender-related queries.
  • Keep updated with industry regulations, tendering processes, and documentation standards.

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years experience of relevant hands-on experience in tendering or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
