Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support sales operations by preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
  • Assist in order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with suppliers.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent service.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on potential leads.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by managing office supplies and liaising with vendors.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Canva
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Open for experienced or fresh grads
  • Good communication in English and BM
  • Must possess own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
