Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support sales operations by preparing quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Assist in order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with suppliers.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including social media updates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and follow up on potential leads.
- Ensure smooth office operations by managing office supplies and liaising with vendors.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned to support business operations.
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Canva
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Open for experienced or fresh grads
- Good communication in English and BM
- Must possess own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
