Sales Executive
1. To be Familiarized with and comply with all relevant standards, guidelines and statuary & regulatory requirements when performing tasks and duties.
2. To be familiarized with Johnson Medical’s Quality Management System (QMS) as specified in the Regulatory Compliance Manual (RCM), Quality Manual (QM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Guidelines and Work Instruction (WI) and to ensure compliance when performing tasks and duties.
3. To promote JMI Products to all healthcare outlets in both private and public sectors.
4. To responsible and accountable to achieve sales target set by the Management.
5. To implement Sales and Marketing Plan.
6. To Familiarized with all HTM2022, JMI design, product specification, competitor’s products, competitive market situation, both locally and regionally.
7. To assist in marketing material preparation, product presentation on power point, and conduct product training for customers, dealers both locally and regionally.
8. To assist in generating leads and inquiries for Marketing Department.
9. To identify market issues that may affect JMI Business.
10. To educate end users and build rapport with them.
11. To initiate and implement marketing promotions and sales activities.
12. To liaise with Assembling to meet delivery deadlines.
13. To carry out customer feedback survey as per statutory requirements at the frequency as instructed by the HOD.
14. To assist on Finance Department on collection of payment.
15. To work within the Departmental budget set by the Management.
16. To submit weekly progressive report to superior.
