Job Scope:

  • Fund Sourcing & Fundraising: Identify and secure funding from strategic investors, venture capitalists, and other funding sources to fuel the growth of cutting-edge F&B technology. Build and maintain strong investor relationships to support long-term success.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships that position the company as a leader in innovative F&B solutions. Collaborate with key industry players to unlock new opportunities and markets.
  • Product Development: Work hand-in-hand with the development team to design, enhance, and scale the next generation of F&B technology, transforming the way businesses and consumers experience beverages. Ensure the technology is not only advanced but also adaptable and scalable.
  • Market Development: Lead the charge in bringing this revolutionary technology to market. Focus on establishing the product in key establishments, such as drink stalls and coffee shops. Cultivate a strong network of leads and manage the entire sales cycle.
  • Sales & Expansion: Oversee the sales process, ensuring successful implementation of the technology in the field. Manage client relationships and continuously identify new growth opportunities.
  • Ongoing Fundraising: As the business evolves, continuously assess funding needs and attract investors to support the next phase of growth. Help drive the vision of transforming the traditional beverage manufacturing industry into a high-tech, future-forward business.

Compensation Package:

  • Basic Salary + Commission: RM 10,000 to RM 30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. The total compensation will include a competitive commission structure based on funds raised and sales performance.
  • Travel Requirements: The role requires travel to meet with potential investors, clients, and stakeholders to drive the success of this game-changing F&B technology.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in fundraising, business development, or sales, preferably in the F&B, technology, or start-up sectors. Experience in raising funds for early-stage companies is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with investors, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Proven track record in fundraising and securing investment from venture capital, private equity, or other funding sources.
  • Knowledge of the F&B industry and/or technology trends, especially in automation or product development, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills with the ability to drive growth and market adoption.
  • Project management experience to oversee product development and market strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to pitch to investors and stakeholders.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications or an MBA would be a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated to take ownership of both fundraising and market development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
