Job Description
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative Executive (Products & Services) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be at the forefront of engaging with potential customers, guiding them through the world of 3D printing, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales activities, answering product and service inquiries, providing excellent after-sales follow-up, and ultimately closing deals.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, highly motivated, and passionate about helping others discover the power of 3D printing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person to promote and sell 3D printers, accessories, and services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right products or services, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of 3D printers and industry trends.
  • Prepare and send quotations, process orders, and coordinate with operations/logistics for delivery timelines.
  • Maintain customer records and interactions using CRM tools.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Gather customer feedback and report market trends to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
  • Participate in exhibitions, workshops, or customer training sessions when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in tech, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to listen, build rapport, and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the 3D printing space.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining technical concepts to customers in a simple and relatable manner.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, quotation tools, and general office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley for customer visits, if needed.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:
