Responsibilities :
- Participate in the UAT cycle and help the developers / PM to handle the functional defects responses with the users.
- Update the defect information in the system and also work closely with Murex vendors on defect chasing and closure
- Liaise with Support team
- Work closely with the Support team around the go-live timelines and explain the key changes which is implemented as part of the project.
- Share the relevant documents with the Support team which would be linked with the project team.
- Liaise with Project Manager and EAD teams
- Determine the action taken based on the analysis result from project management coordination.
- Support Impact Analysis and estimation for an ITSR.
- Report ITSR status & issues to Project Manager for the functional areas
Required :
- Bachelor’s degree in business management / information technology or equivalent.
- 6 years’ work experience in application functionality, preferably in the banking/treasury industry
- Experience in MX2.11 and MX3.1 (Front Office: FXMM, Fixed Income, Equities Product Knowledge, Middle Office Risk: MLC, VaR & Market Data, Back Office Modules
- Experience in end to end flow including life cycle flows of the trades
- Experienced and knowledgeable in Treasury products.
- Experienced in configuration of the Murex applications
