1. Degree/Diploma in Property Management or/and with Property Manager
License from Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents & Property
Managers or any related discipline.
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of
written English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to converse in Mandarin will be an
added advantage.
3. Minimum 3 year’s experience in property management.
4. Good team player and ability to work well with others.
5. Working knowledge in M&E project management.
6. Managing day to day M&E operational and maintenance issues.
7. Assist the Building Manager in preparing the Monthly Management Report
and in daily task assigned.
8. To resume the role of the Building Manager in his/her absence in
accordance to the approval of the Management (Pama Property
Management Sdn Bhd).
9. Knowledge of Strata Title Act/Building and Common Property Act and
familiar with governing acts.
10. Able to plan, conceptualize and implement.
11. Self-motivated, well-organized and responsible.
12. Good Interpersonal and customer service skills.
