Job Description
1. Strategy Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (SEM), social media platforms, and landing page creation and etc.
- Manage campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo and etc.) to ensure consistent performance and budget allocation.
- Ensure strategies align with marketing and business objectives, optimising for ROI and performance outcomes.
2. Campaign Management & Optimisation
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms that align with business goals.
- Create compelling ad copy that drives user engagement and conversion, while adhering to platform guidelines.
- Manage bidding strategies for paid search campaigns, ensuring that ad spend is optimised and stays within budget.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Regularly analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and conversion rates to assess the performance of SEM campaigns.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker dashboards to measure, report on, and optimize SEM campaign effectiveness.
- Create and present regular reports that track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose data-driven strategies for optimization.
4. Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations, targeting strategies, and landing pages, and use the results to optimize SEM performance.
- Collaborate with the other teams to optimise landing pages, focusing on improving user experience and increasing conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEM trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate new strategies to continuously improve campaign results and efficiency
