1) To perform daily accounting operations, handling full set of accounts includes GL, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation. 2) Verify and ensure all transaction in AP have been approved and taken into accounts timely 3) To perform monthly closing, journal adjustment, prepare closing report. 4) Post accrual journal based on accounting standard requirement 5) Prepare payment voucher & online banking payment, liaise with supplier about payment and invoice. 6) Analyze staff attendance and verify the accuracy of staff leave before process payroll 7) To perform payroll processing at month end and calculate necessary statutory payment sum such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF 8) Prepare salary summary report 9) Prepare fixed asset listing 10) Prepare hire purchase and loan amortization schedule 11) Analyze stock count, stock variance report, stock movement record and build of material and perform adjust stock record, if required 12) Prepare investment in/out record include working on capital gain/loss 13) Liaison with auditor, company secretary, tax agent and banks. 14) Guide junior in job completion and improvement 15) Assist manager in legal and administrative compilation 16) Attend to any ad-hoc task requested by management from time to time.
