Determines project specifications by studying customer requirement. Liaise with customers, vendors and principal regarding various technical and commercial issues. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan schedule changes, recommending actions. Procurement of project materials / equipment, and manpower outsource, on a timely basis. Controls project cost by ensuring minimum non-conformance cost incur. To carry out following engineering design work per project or customer specification; a) Control system and software, ie DCS, PLC and SCADA. b) Electrical and Instrumentation system c) Analyser and Metering System To prepare various engineering design documentation, such as Functional Design Specification (FDS), Datasheet, Panel layout, General Arrangement and wiring Drawing, Instrument Hook-up and Installation Drawing, Schematic Diagram, Cable Schedule, Testing procedure and Check Sheet. To perform in-house testing (Factory Acceptance Test), site installation, testing & commissioning (SAT). To supervise and manage sub-contractor during site installation and commissioning. To prepare various site installation documents, such as JSA, JMS, Method of Statement, Installation procedure, Installation schedule, Daily Report and Time sheet. To prepare proper filling and retrieval of project documentations as per company ISO guidelines. Timely input and update the e-portal daily timesheet. Quality awareness and compliance to company QMS requirement. Awareness and compliance to company and customer HSE requirement. Other duties as assigned from time to time.
