Job Description: - Providing customer service / application support via telephone, remote assistance and email - Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution (first time fix) - Handle software installation and migration tasks - Assist with fieldwork if requested - Handle and solve IT technical issue Requirements: - Minimum Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - Possess Diploma / Degree in IT / Accounting - Good knowledge of software services and solutions - Excellent communication skill both written and verbal - Able to work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented - Ability and willing to learn as in house training will be provided - Ability to provide end users with highest quality of service at all times - Ability to meet deadlines - Ability to proactively communicate problems with supervisors as they become known - Ability to build rapports with clients over the phone / email - Ability to learn and support new applications - Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
