Location: Kelana Jaya Responsible for overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, processing payroll, and assisting with various administrative tasks as they arise. The ideal candidate will have a fair background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Process invoices, handle the duties of accounts payable/receivable, and perform bank reconciliations. • Create customer invoices, payment vouchers etc conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper record into the financial system. • Prepare GL, balance sheet, financial reports, budget reports, and cash flow statements as required to be presented to management • Prepares cheque/TT, Online payments, visits bank when required and prepare payments as per the rules of the organization • Manage the payroll process ensuring timely and accurate payments for employees • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. • Coordinating financial matters with vendors, customers, tax agents, auditors, bankers, etc. • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document filing, managing company records, and handling ad hoc administrative needs. • Support HR-related tasks, such as tracking leave and maintaining employee records. • Performs other duties as required to support other departments. Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance • More than 2 years working experience in a financial department • Experienced in handling full set of accounts • Experience in using ERP or financial system is an added advantage • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • High level of integrity and reliability.
