Beauty Consultant (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their skin concerns, particularly pigmentation and dark spots. Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and goals. Educate clients on available treatments, including laser therapy, chemical peels, and skincare regimens, while addressing their questions and concerns. Collaborate with skin specialists to ensure seamless execution of treatments and monitor client progress. Provide pre- and post-treatment care guidance to enhance and maintain results. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in pigmentation and dark spot removal treatments. Upsell relevant skincare products, packages, and follow-up treatments to support client goals. Maintain accurate client records and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention. Deliver a premium client experience in a professional and welcoming environment. Job Requirements Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in beauty consultation, particularly in pigmentation and dark spot treatments. Strong understanding of skin anatomy, pigmentation issues, and available aesthetic treatments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Sales-driven with experience in upselling services and products. High standards of professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail Must be able to speak and write Mandarin
