Job Requirements and Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Have 5-7 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

3.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with Indonesian labor laws.

4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.

5.Proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.

6.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and handle multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

a) Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.

b) Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company.

2. Employee Relations:

a) Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

b) Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts while fostering a positive work environment.

3. HR Operations:

a) Manage and update employee records, payroll processes, and attendance tracking.

b) Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.

4.Performance Management:

a) Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on improvement plans.

b) Develop and implement employee training and career development programs.

5. Policy Development & Implementation:

a) Create and maintain HR policies aligned with company goals and local regulations.

b) Ensure effective communication of HR policies and updates to employees.

6. HR Strategy & Reporting:

a) Contribute to HR strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on workforce trends and analytics.

b) Prepare regular HR reports for management on recruitment, turnover, and employee satisfaction.
