Who You Are:

As a Marketing and Administration Executive for Viva Vertical and Viva Juniors, you will be essential in promoting our aerial dance, pole dance, and circus arts programs for ages 1 to 65. You'll handle marketing strategy development and sales administration to streamline enrollment for new and existing students. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and help enhance our company’s culture and overall experience.

Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Collaborate with directors to create and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Viva Vertical and Viva Juniors courses.
  • Develop and update promotional materials, including social media content, newsletters, flyers, web pages, and schedules.
  • Manage our online presence, ensuring effective engagement and brand representation across all digital platforms.
  • Work with creative teams to design campaigns that attract and retain students.

    Sales Administration:

    • Oversee the enrollment process for new students, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to registration.
    • Maintain accurate records of student enrollments, inquiries, and class allocations.
    • Communicate with potential and current students to inform them about available classes and help them find the right fit for their interests and skill levels.

      Customer Care:

      • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with students and their families.
      • Gather feedback from students to continually improve the enrollment experience and overall class satisfaction.

        Adaptability and Learning:

        • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our marketing strategies effective and relevant.
        • Be open to learning new skills, adapting strategies, and embracing change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
        • Support team initiatives that enhance company culture and the student experience.

          Value Creation:

          • Understand and promote our core company values, working to enhance the overall student experience and culture.
          • Contribute ideas and initiatives that elevate the company’s presence and foster community among instructors and students.

            Team Collaboration:

            • Work closely with the management team to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
            • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and programs.

  • Professional certificate /Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not compulsory).
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales administration, or customer service roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Proficiency in digital design and marketing tools with knowledge of social platforms.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced niche environment.
  • Open-minded attitude with a focus on collaboration and enhancing student experiences.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to both work independently as well as part of the team.
