  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Within Earth Holidays is an expanding B2B tour operator that seeking attentive Tour Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for worldwide reservations and bookings. Task & responsibilities: • Managing and resolving online B2B bookings (FIT), addressing booking related inquiries promptly and in accordance with company policies • Coordinating and maintaining communication, mostly by email with agents and suppliers to ensure seamless operation of arrangements • Acting as a mediator between agents and suppliers, adeptly handling any issues that may arise during travel arrangement • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) guidelines for timely email responses • Addressing and resolving booking related issue and complaints effectively • Staying abreast of company procedures and processes to ensure compliance Qualification & experiences • Possess Diploma or higher • At least 2 – 3 years of experience preferably with B2B online reservation experiences • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal • Possess a problem-solving mindset to proactively address booking-related issues • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external and internal stakeholders • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thorough completion of tasks • 5-days work and 4-hours on alternate Saturday Interested candidates can apply by sending updated resume to [email protected]
