  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

• Operate, set up, and program CNC machines (Milling, Turning, Grinding, and other precision machining equipment) to manufacture high-precision components for precision manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly projects. • Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to improve machining accuracy and efficiency. • Ensure high-precision machining with tolerances up to 5 microns, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and industry standards. • Select and manage cutting tools based on material characteristics, machining requirements, and efficiency goals, ensuring high-quality output. • Work with multiple CNC control systems for machine setup, programming, and troubleshooting. • Perform first article inspections (FAI) and ensure dimensional accuracy using CMM, VMM, and other precision measuring instruments. • Optimize machining processes to reduce cycle times, improve tool life, and enhance overall productivity in OEM manufacturing and part assembly. • Conduct preventive maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues, and ensure smooth operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality control to improve manufacturing processes and resolve machining challenges. • Support sheet metal and structural fabrication by machining precision components used in complex assemblies. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations, maintaining a safe and organized work environment. • Provide technical guidance and training to junior machinists and apprentices, promoting skill development within the team. • Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives, implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. • Maintain detailed documentation of machining processes, tooling specifications, and quality inspection results for continuous improvement. • Stay updated on advancements in CNC machining technology and recommend upgrades or process improvements to enhance production capabilities.
