Production Manager

The Mission You Will Take on - What You Will Do Planning & Scheduling Develop and implement production schedules to align with customer demand and business goals. Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity. Manage production timelines and ensure deadlines are met. Create and maintain detailed work schedules, outlining tasks, milestones, and resource requirements for each production phase. Production Process Management Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from raw materials to finished goods. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and safety regulations. Monitor production performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner. Team Leadership and Management Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to ensure high performance Provide coaching, professional development, and performance evaluations for team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement Cultivate strong client orientation standards, understand their unique project management requirements, and tailor recruitment solutions to exceed expectations. Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client to understand their staffing needs and business requirements.
